With the use of these automated services, it is easier than ever to keep you in touch and on track with your’s or your child’s orthodontics treatment.

Automated Messaging System


HouseCalls is a telephone appointment reminder system, which provides you with the courtesy of timely, efficient reminder of your next scheduled appointment. You will receive a call one or two days before your next scheduled appointment to remind you of the date and time of the appointment. To ensure that you receive your appointment reminder, calls are scheduled for late afternoon. You will also be asked to confirm your appointment by using your telephone keypad.

If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message.

Online Account Access


Working through our website, www.dexterortho.com, T.LINK gives patients and parents 24/7 online access to important account information from the privacy of your home via the internet or touch-tone telephone.
