Her emails were so welcoming that I felt comfortable and supported before I even stepped foot in the door. When I arrived, I was immediately struck by how beautiful and inviting the office was. The entire staff was not only professional but genuinely friendly. Throughout my visit, I noticed how the team interacted with each other, laughing, collaborating, and creating such a positive, uplifting atmosphere. It was clear that they truly enjoy what they do and care deeply about their patients. Dr. Moenssen was absolutely exceptional. Her bedside manner is among the best I've ever experienced. She took the time to explain the treatment process in detail, answered every question thoughtfully, and most importantly, made a real effort to get to know my child. It wasn't just polite small talk, it was clear she truly cared, and that meant everything. Cindy, the treatment coordinator, was equally outstanding. She immediately made my child feel calm and at ease. She broke everything down for us in simple, clear terms, and walked us through each step with such patience and kindness. You could tell immediately how much she cares. This practice is a rare gem. It's not only one of the most professional offices I've ever visited, but also one of the warmest and most compassionate. I have pretty high standards at baseline, and this office far exceeded mine. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are, hands down, one of the best orthodontic practices I've ever encountered.
