My son started his treatment around 9 yr because of crowding issue. From very beginning, the staff was very helpful with what’s the financial situation and what my insurance would cover. I was worried my son would not like this, but it went so much well comparing myself childhood experiences. They let kids collect points by being on time, keeping oral hygiene and even wearing their T-shirt. They also let parents know how long each appointment will be. If some emergency happens (like a bracket loosen) it’s always so easy to book an appointment quickly.

Both doctors are great and experienced. My son started with an expander and you can really see how it works just after a month. What’s the most important thing is he never complain going to the appointments and never whining about braces or other stuff. It went very smoothly; after about one and half year treatment, now his teeth look so nice. We are waiting for his 12 yr molars and will start the second treatment afterwards. Soon, my younger one (8 yr) will also start her treatment as well.

Pretty quick, I usually get called back there on time, staff is friendly, and the music playing is pretty good! 5 stars, would get braces here again
